The LRFA independent prescription drug plan covers ALL of your prescription drugs with no coverage gaps. Preferred brand, non-preferred and generic prescription drugs are covered. Your prescription drugs do not need to be pre-approved. You have full choice of pharmacies - participation within a network is not required.

Eligibility & Enrollment
Participation in the LRFA Prescription Drug Plan is limited to LRFA members. This plan is also available to Medicare recipients. See Medicare Supplemental for details about prescription drugs.

along with the appropriate fees.

Monthly Fees for 2012
- Ages 1-17: $31.00 ($26.00 for LRFA Healthcare Plan participants)
- Ages 18-50: $54.00 ($49.00 for LRFA Healthcare Plan participants)
- Ages 51-64: $76.00 ($65.00 for LRFA Healthcare Plan participants)
- Age 65 and up: $86.00
